PENELITIAN INI BERTUJUAN UNTUK MENGANALISIS KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA SISWA KELAS I DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DENGAN MODEL ROLE PLAYING. METODE PENELITIAN YANG DIGUNAKAN ADALAH KUANTITATIF DESKRIPTIF DENGAN TEKNIK ANGKET, WAWANCARA, DAN DOKUMENTASI. BERDASARKAN ANALISIS YANG DILAKUKAN, MODEL ROLE PLAYING DAPAT DIGUNAKAN UNTUK MELIHAT KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA SISWA KELAS 1 SERTA MENGIDENTIFIKASI ASPEK YANG MASIH PERLU DITINGKATKAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA. KATA KUNCI : KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA, ROLE PLAYING, SISWA KELAS 1. THIS STUDY AIMS TO ANALYZE THE SPEAKING SKILLS OF FIRST-GRADE STUDENTS IN INDONESIAN LANGUAGE LEARNING USING THE ROLE-PLAYING MODEL. THE RESEARCH METHOD USED IS DESCRIPTIVE QUANTITATIVE, WITH QUESTIONNAIRE TECHNIQUES, INTERVIEWS, AND DOCUMENTATION. BASED ON THE ANALYSIS CONDUCTED, THE ROLE-PLAYING MODEL CAN BE USED TO ASSESS THE SPEAKING SKILLS OF FIRST-GRADE STUDENTS AND IDENTIFY ASPECTS THAT STILL NEED IMPROVEMENT IN INDONESIAN LANGUAGE LEARNING. KEYWORDS: SPEAKING SKILLS, ROLE PLAYING, FIRST-GRADE STUDENTS.
