he maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is still high, with preeclampsia as one of the main causes. Efforts to prevent preeclampsia require health education to improve the knowledge of pregnant women. This study aims to determine the effect of health education with Question Wheel media on pregnant women's knowledge about preeclampsia prevention. This quantitative study used a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test design with a sample of 24 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the marginal homogeneity. The results of the study showed a p value 0.000 (a 0.05), which indicates a significant effect of education with Question Wheel media on increasing respondents' knowledge. The innovation used in providing education is such as of an interactive question wheel game and can attract the attention of pregnant women and effective in increasing respondents' knowledge. Thus education is expected to be an effective method for health workers in increasing pregnant women's knowledge about preventing preeclampsia. Keywords; Preeclampsia; Pregnant Women; Question Wheel
