ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHA IKAN SAGARURUNG DI DESA BETUNG BARAT KECAMATAN ABAB KABUPATEN PALI
Sagarurung fish is fish processed using a typical smoking technique from Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency. Sagarurung Fish Business Mama Sofi is one of the Sagarurung fish business actors. The business location is in West Betung Village, Abab District, PALI Regency. The research objectives are (1) Calculate the income of the Sagarurung fish business in West Betung Village, Abab District, PALI Regency. (2) Analyzing the added value of processed Sagarurung fish products in West Betung Village, Abab District, PALI Regency. This research was carried out in West Betung Village, Abab District, PALI Regency. Location determination was carried out deliberately (Purposive Sampling) taking into account that the business was still running well, produced more than 10 kilograms of Sagarurng fish per day, had a business permit, the business was labeled halal, and had a food safety certificate. Calculating the income of Mama Sofi's Sagarurung Fish Business by calculating the results from the production of Sagarurung Patin fish and Sagarurung Tilapia fish, the results of this research show that the average income from Mama Sofi's Sagarurung Fish Business in West Betung Village, Abab District, PALI Regency is IDR 5,263. 607 per month with an R/C profit level of 1.5. This value shows that R/C > 1 means that Mama Sofi's Sagarurung Fish Business is profitable and worth pursuing, for every 1 rupiah spent it will generate income of 1.5 rupiah and The B/C value obtained is 0.5. This value is > 0, meaning that Mama Sofi's Sagarurung Fish Business is profitable, for every 1 rupiah spent by Mama Sofi's Sagarurung Fish Business, it produces a profit of 0.5 rupiah. Mama Sofi's Sagarurung fish business produces a value added ratio in the medium category, with results obtained from the value added ratio of processing Sagarurung Patin fish worth 25.59 percent and the value added ratio of processing Sagarurung Tilapia fish worth 31.65 percent.
