SkinCam is one of the Shopee feature that can analyzes facial skin conditions and provides recommendations for suitable skincare products. Despite being introduced in 2019, this feature has yet to gain significant popularity among Shopee users. This study employs the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model to examine the influence of behavioral intention and use behavior on the constructs within the model. The constructs used in this research include performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, social influence, and habit. Additionally, this study analyzes the moderating role of age, gender, and experience in the relationships between these variables. Data were collected through an online survey distributed via Google Forms, with 121 valid responses meeting the criteria for analysis. The results indicate that performance expectancy and habit significantly influence behavioral intention, while habit and behavioral intention also have a significant effect on use behavior. Furthermore, experience moderates the relationship between habit and behavioral intention, as well as between habit and use behavior. However, age and gender do not moderate the relationships among the examined variables.
