The Birth Certificate, child identity card (KIA), and Family Card Printing Package Programme in cooperation with Hospital Integration Services (PACAKELA TERUS) at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Office is one of the efforts made by Disdukcapil in increasing awareness and making it easier for people after giving birth to take care of population documents. This study was conducted to determine and evaluate the PACAKELA TERUS programme implemented by Disdukcapil of Palembang City. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. This research uses Stufflebeam's CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The results showed that the PACAKELA TERUS programme in Disdukcapil Palembang City in the context dimension all aspects were good. In the input dimension, the availability of human resources has been maximised, the availability of information and budget has been effective, but the facilities/infrastructure have not been optimal. The process dimension of the programme implementation mechanism is effective while the time of programme implementation is not optimal. The product dimension of programme results and impacts shows good results and positive impacts. Based on these four dimensions, it can be said that the PACAKELA TERUS programme in Palembang City Disdukcapil has run well and optimally. Some efforts that can be made by the Palembang City Disdukcapil are to increase cooperation with health institutions, add human resources to implement the programme, and improve the quality of the programme.
