MANAJEMEN KINERJA DALAM PROGRAM AKHLAK HEROES DI PT PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA I REGIONAL 7 BANDAR LAMPUNG
This study aims to determine how performance management in the implementation of the AKHLAK Heroes program at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7 Bandar Lampung. The research was motivated by the company's strategic efforts to improve employee performance through the internalization of AKHLAK values. However, the implementation of the AKHLAK Heroes program in 2024 was not optimal because it was only partially implemented, namely from April to August, due to lack of employee participation. The theory used in this research is the performance management theory proposed by Ken Blanchard and Garry Ridge using qualitative methods with data collection techniques of literature study, interviews, documentation and observation. This study found that the implementation of the AKHLAK Heroes program has a good impact on employee performance as seen from the results of interviews regarding the impact felt directly by employees. However, the target of implementing the AKHLAK Heroes program, which is every month in 2024, has not been achieved due to lack of participation from employees to participate in the program, no direct socialization of the program, the assessment method is still manual and the lack of employees (HR) who manage the program. The results of this study recommend adding human resources (HR) as program managers, considering the conditions set for participating in the AKHLAK Heroes program, improving communication and socialization of the program.
