The purpose of this research is 1) to analyze the elasticity of production factors for smallholder sugar cane farmers partnership patterns Cinta Manis Sugar Factory PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara Ogan Ilir Regency, 2) to analyze the scale of the production yield of people's sugarcane farmers, the partnership pattern of the Cinta Manis sugar factory, PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara, Ogan Ilir Regency, 3) to analyze the efficiency level of the use of production factors of smallholder sugarcane farmers in the partnership pattern of Cinta Manis Sugar Factory PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara of Ogan Ilir Regency This research was conducted in Ogan Ilir Regency in of November 2023. This research method use in the survey method which done 31 sugarcane farmers. From the research results, the elasticity value of the land area production factor, urea fertilizer, TSP fertilizer, Insecticide, and herbicide are positive values are less than one and greater than zero, with consecutive values of 0.481; 0.562; 0.080; 0.055 and 0.408, while the elasticity of labor production factors and KCL fertilizers is negative less than one, with consecutive values of -0,127 and -0,310. The value of the Production Business Scale is 1.091, meaning that the production function is in the condition of increasing return to scale. The use of land area production factors, urea fertilizer, TSP fertilizer, insecticides and herbicides is not yet efficient so what must be done is to increase it again, while the input of production factors for labor and KCL fertilizer is not yet efficient so it must be reduced to be efficient.
