PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS TPACK UNTUK KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATERI EKOSISTEM JENJANG SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS
This research aims to produce a product in the form of TPACK-based instructional materials to enhance students' critical thinking skills on the topic of ecosystems. This research using the ADDIE development model. The product trials were conducted with the research subjects being students of SMA Negeri 16 Palembang, Class X.5, with a total of 36 students. Data collection was done through questionnaires and tests. Qualitative data analysis was obtained from the need’s analysis, curriculum analysis, and qualitative data from the assessment of the validity of the learning tools as well as student responses. The results of the study showed that the product validated by material and media experts was rated as highly valid, including teaching materials, learning media, and worksheets. The media validity score was 4.93 for teaching materials, 4.96 for learning media, and 4.76 for worksheet. Meanwhile, the material validity was 4.87 for teaching materials, 4.89 for learning media, and 4.83 for Worksheet. The biology teacher gave a score of 4.81, with a criterion of "highly valid" for the entire product developed. Item analysis of the test showed that 6 questions were valid, and 4 questions were invalid, with a reliability score of 0.472, indicating a medium criterion. The practicality score obtained during the implementation stage was 4.17, with a criterion of "practical." Therefore, the TPACK-based learning tool for enhancing students' critical thinking skills met the criteria of being highly valid and practical for use in the learning process on ecosystem material.
