STRUKTUR KOMUNITAS SERANGGA POLINATOR PADA TUMBUHAN BERBUNGA (Angiospermae) DI FKIP UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA DAN SUMBANGANNYA PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI SMA
This research aims to determine the community structure of pollinator insects in flowering plants (Angiosperms) in terms of insect types and insect composition which was carried out from September 2024-February 2025. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. This research uses a purposive sampling method, namely sampling is carried out at each station based on the presence of flowering plants at the research location using tools in the form of traps. Community structure indicators include the species diversity index, species evenness index, and species dominance index. The research results showed that in the community structure of pollinator insects, 295 individuals were found belonging to 9 families and 15 types of pollinator insects. The most common insect found was Apis cerana with a total of 50 individuals. Meanwhile, the fewest insects found were Prioneris philonome and Sericostima personatum with a total of 10 individuals each. The insect diversity index value was categorized as medium, namely 1.31. The insect evenness index value is categorized as medium, namely 0.48. The insect dominance index value is categorized as low, namely 0.03. The results of this research will be implemented in the form of Student Worksheets for studying Biology in high school class.
