With a population of 279 million, Indonesia requires adequate healthcare facilities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the limited number of hospitals specializing in pulmonary diseases resulted in many patients not receiving timely medical treatment. To prevent a recurrence of such conditions, the Pulmonary Building at RSUD Siti Fatimah was constructed as a healthcare facility better equipped to handle pulmonary cases. The structural planning and analysis of this building were conducted using ETABS 2021 software. Two modeling scenarios were considered: the existing building and the building with an additional three typical floors. The additional floors were implemented gradually to evaluate the structural capacity and determine at which stage structural failure would occur. If failure was detected, recalculations were performed to ensure structural safety. The analysis results showed that to maintain the building’s stability after adding floors, the reinforcement ratio of columns with an 80 cm dimension increased from 1.89% to 5.09% without altering the column size. Additionally, the building height increased by 13.5 meters, from 47 meters to 60.5 meters
