PERAN EMPLOYABILITY TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT PADA KARYAWAN STARTUP
This research aims to determine the role of employability on organizational commitment among startup employees. The hypothesis proposed in this research is there is a role of employability on organizational commitment. This research utilizes quantitative research methods with a sample size of 150 permanent employees who work in startup, especially unicorn startup. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The measuring instruments which used consist of the organizational commitment scale which refers to the organizational commitment components by Meyer and Allen (1991) as well as the employability scale which refers to the employability dimensions by Lo Presti and Pluviano (2016). The data analysis used is simple regression technique. The result of the analysis exhibits the R square of employability on organizational commitment is 0,148, F value is 25,759, and significance value is 0,000 (p < 0,05). This result indicates that employability has a significant role on organizational commitment, so that the hypothesis in this research can be accepted.
