This research aims to (1) analyze the level of income disparity in the communities around the rubber agro-industry company in Gandus Village Palembang City, (2) Analyzing the level of welfare in the communities around the rubber agro-industry company in Gandus Village Palembang City. The location determination was done intentionally (purposive). Data collection was carried out in November 2023. The research employed a survey method, and the sampling technique used was quota sampling. The sample size consists of two layers, namely 30 micro-business owners and 30 rubber company workers. The data collected include both primary and secondary data. The research results indicate that the average household income of micro-business owners is 6,006,887.00, and for rubber company workers, it is 7,436,996.00 per month, which constitutes the total of main income, additional income, and family income. The level of income disparity in the community is at a gini ratio of 0.2-0.4, indicating a moderate level of income inequality. Out of 5 welfare indicators, the average welfare of the community falls into the high welfare category. Out of the 60 samples taken, 49 individuals fall into the high welfare category, 7 individuals fall into the low welfare category, and 4 individuals fall into the very high welfare category.
