FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KNOWLEDGE SHARING DAN LEARNING PERFORMANCE MAHASISWA FAKULTAS ILMU KOMPUTER UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This study aims to identify the factors influencing knowledge sharing and learning performance among students of the Faculty of Computer Science at Sriwijaya University. In the digital era, social media has become one of the primary platforms for students to exchange academic information and enhance their understanding of lecture materials. The factors examined in this study include document exchange, virtual communication, knowledge formation, reputation, and altruism. This study employs a quantitative method with a descriptive-causal analysis technique to analyze the relationships between variables. The results indicate that altruism and reputation have a significant impact on both knowledge sharing and learning performance, while document exchange, virtual communication, and knowledge formation do not significantly influence either knowledge sharing or learning performance. These findings provide insights for educational institutions in developing strategies to enhance students' knowledge-sharing behavior and learning performance.
