The purpose of this study was (1) to describe how mangrove forest resources are managed in West Kurau Village, Koba District, Central Bangka Regency, (2) Analyze the total economic value of the mangrove ecosystem in West Kurau Village, Koba District, Central Bangka Regency. This research was conducted in Kurau Barat Village Koba district, Central Bangka Regency in May 2023. The research methods used survey and purposive sampling methods. The data used primary and secondary data. The results of this study are (1) The direct use value of the existence of mangrove forests in West Kurau Village is divided into 4, namely the benefits of catching crabs with a total benefit value of IDR 270,945,000, the benefit value of fishing IDR 227,741,333, the benefit value of catching shrimp IDR 270,945,000 and the benefit value of catching shellfish IDR 70,476,400. So the total value of direct benefits from the existence of mangrove forests is IDR 788,483,233. (2) The indirect benefits (indirect use value) of the existence of mangrove forests in West Kurau Village are divided into 2, namely the benefits as an abrasion barrier amounting to IDR 1,241,095,392 and the benefits as Feeding Ground, Spawning Ground, and Nursery Ground amounting to IDR 484,233,416. So the total value of indirect benefits from the existence of mangrove forests is IDR 1,725,328,808. (3) The benefit of choosing to have a mangrove forest is biodiversity with a benefit value of IDR 50,921,910. (4) The total benefit value from the existence of mangrove forests in West Kurau Village is IDR 2,558,261,718.
