The research carried out aims to design soil and water conservation strategies and increase rice production by implementing SRI (System of Rice Intensification) modifications at the seeding stage in the lebak swamp rice fields. The research was carried out in Juny 2023 at Pelabuhan Dalam Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The research obtained are by collaborating berweenthe government and farmer groups, carrying out in-depth training programs on water management for superior seed selection, and increasing understanding and application of the SRI method. Utilizing exiting infrastructure technologi and also suppor for collaborating between farmers and consumers by encouraging sustainable agricultural production.
