ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL (UMK) KOPI BINAAN RUMAH BUMN SUMATERA SELATAN DI KOTA PALEMBANG
The aims of the research was: 1) To describe the process of coffee powder processing at the micro and small enterprises (MSEs) supported by Rumah BUMN Sumatera Selatan in Palembang City. 2) To calculate the income of the micro and small enterprises (MSEs) coffee businesses supported by Rumah BUMN Sumatera Selatan in Palembang City. 3) To analyze the development strategies of the micro and small enterprises (MSEs) coffee businesses supported by Rumah BUMN Sumatera Selatan in Palembang City. This research was conducted at the Rumah BUMN Sumatera Selatan. The research location was deliberately chosen (purposive sampling) considering its role as a development hub for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in South Sumatra. The data used consisted of primary and secondary data. The sample comprised four coffee MSEs fostered by Rumah BUMN Sumatera Selatan, with income calculation and SWOT analysis as the primary analytical methods. The calculation of the average income for the SME coffee businesses, which includes two types of products (coffee beans and coffee powder), amounts to IDR 418.893.750,- in year, with an B/C ratio of 0,90. The results of this analysis show that an B/C ratio greater than 0 (B/C ratio > 0) indicates that the SME coffee businesses supported by Rumah BUMN Sumatera Selatan in Palembang City are profitable and viable. The MSEs coffee businesses are in quadrant 1 with an SO strategy (aggressive strategy), which includes five strategic formulations: 1) utilizing their status as fostered members of Rumah BUMN Sumatera Selatan to expand marketing through digital platforms, e-commerce, and exhibitions, 2) maximizing the use of technology to maintain product quality consistency and operational efficiency, 3) developing human resource competencies in utilizing digital technology and promotional media to introduce their products, 4) ensuring consistent product quality by leveraging technology to align with market demand, and 5) optimizing human resource competencies to develop innovative coffee products that meet the evolving coffee drinking trends across different age groups.
