PERAN READINESS TO CHANGE TERHADAP CAREER ADAPTABILITY PADA KARYAWAN DI ERA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
This study aims to examine the role of readiness to change in career adaptability among employees in the era of artificial intelligence. The hypothesis of this study is that readiness to change plays a role in career adaptability among employees in the artificial intelligence era. The population of this study consists of employees who use artificial intelligence (AI). The sample includes 172 employees who utilize artificial intelligence, with an additional 50 employees for the try-out. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The measurement tools in this study are based on the career adaptability dimensions by Savickas & Porfeli (2012) and the readiness to change dimensions by Holt, Amenakis, Field, & Harris (2007).
