This study aims to determined the genetic diversity of pisifera progeny from the crossing of Nigerian origin DxP oil palm with three populations. This research was conducted in Molecular Lab, Bina Sawit Makmur, Sampoerna Agro Tbk, Palembang City, South Sumatra. This research was conducted from September to November 2024. The research method used was SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) using 12 primers related to oil palm productivity from 268 selected oil palms, the samples studied were DxP tenera selfing pisifera crosses, namely population A, pisifera clones from population B, and TxP pisifera, namely population C. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of oil palm seedlings. This study aims to determine the genetic diversity of the progeny of DxP crosses. The analyses used were analysis of genetic information, UPGMA (Unweighted Pair Group Method with Aritmetic Mean) analysis to create a phylogenetic tree based on genetic pairs, PCoA (Principal Coordinates of Analysis) to analyzed samples based on genetic pairs, and analysis of genetic molecular variation. Based on AMOVA (Analysis Moleculer of Variance) results of the study, each crossed population has a different genetic distance but between populations B and C have samples that have the same genetics as population A because they have the same grandparents. Based on PCoA analysis, the percentage of axis 1 is 13.91% and axis 2 is 9.89% with a total of 23%. Based on this value, the sample genotypes have a genetic similarity of 77%. Among populations B and C, which have groups that have diversity between populations A with B and C amounting to 17%. Diversity between individuals of populations A, B, and C amounted to 41%. Individual diversity within populations A, B, and C is 42%. Keywords : Genetic diversity, Oil Palm progeny, SSR.
