PERSEPSI ANAK TERHADAP PEKERJAAN ORANG TUA SEBAGAI PETERNAK IKAN DI TEGAL BINANGUN KECAMATAN PLAJU KOTA PALEMBANG
The objectives of this research are: (1) Identifying the types of partnerships that exist among oil palm farmers in Sumber Rejeki Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, (2) Identifying factors that influence the price and quality of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) in a partnership pattern at the independent oil palm farmer level in Sumber Rejeki Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, (3) Analyzing the impact of partnership patterns at the independent oil palm farmer level in Sumber Rejeki Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency on the price and quality of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB), (4) Formulate recommendations for relevant partnership management patterns to be implemented at the partnership level pattern for oil palm farmers in Sumber Rejeki Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Data processing uses descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), binary logistic regression, and process hierarchy analysis (AHP). The results of this research show that the type of partnership that exists in Sumber Rejeki Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency is a core-plasma partnership. The factor that influences the price of FFB with the highest Loading Factor value is the seed quality factor with certified seed indicators, while the factor that influences the quality of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) with the highest Loading Factor value is the maturity level factor with FFB maturity criteria indicators that comply with factory standards. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it is found that there is a significant impact of village unit cooperatives (KUD), core companies, and independent farmers on the price and quality of FFB in Sumber Rejeki Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. as well as recommendations for relevant partnership patterns to be implemented based on the results of the first priority alternative partnership pattern is the core-plasma partnership by prioritizing capital support criteria.
