PERSEPSI ANAK TERHADAP PEKERJAAN ORANG TUA SEBAGAI PETERNAK IKAN DI TEGAL BINANGUN KECAMATAN PLAJU KOTA PALEMBANG
Fish farming is a form of cultivation waters specifically for cultivating fish in tubs, tanks or closed spaces, and other media.The aims of this research were: (1) to analyzed children's perceptions of their parents' work as fish farmers in Tegal Binangun, Plaju District, Palembang City; and (2) to analyzed the factors that influence children's perceptions of their parents' work as fish farmers in Tegal Binangun, Plaju District, Palembang City. This research was carried out in Tegal Binangun, Plaju District, Palembang City, South Sumatra. The research method used was a survey with a sample of 30 children of fish farmers. Data was processed using descriptive analysis and Logistic Regression Multinomial Model (LRM) analysis. The results of this research show that children's perceptions of their parents' work as fish farmers in Tegal Binangun, Plaju District, Palembang City are in the criteria of less interest, meaning that in Tegal Binangun there is a regeneration of fish farmers among the children of fish farmers. However, there is still a need for encouragement from the family to be more reassuring so that the child's perception of their parents' work as fish farmers will improve. Factors that influence children's perceptions of their parents' work as fish farmers in Tegal Binangun, Plaju District, Palembang City, in log 1 (not interested) which have a significant influence are education, age, parents' income, number of family members, and time of participation in farming. fish.
