PENGEMBANGAN METODE KLASIFIKASI FAST, SLOW, AND NON MOVING BERDASARKAN TURN OVER RATIO DENGAN PENDEKATAN FUZZY PADA PERMASALAHAN OPTIMASI PERSEDIAAN BARANG
This study aims to classify food products using the FSN (Fast, Slow, and Non-Moving) method based on the Turn Over Ratio (TOR) and the Fuzzy approach to optimize the management of food product inventory. The calculation results of the FSN method show that products are classified based on their turnover rate. The F group comprises 66 product categories, the S group 40 product categories, and the N group 10 product categories. The application of the FSN method achieved accuracy, precision, and recall of 94.25%, 91.33%, and 88.41%, respectively. Using the FSN-Fuzzy method, products are classified based on dependent attributes, namely the level of importance of food products, and independent attributes, which include the level of criticality, expiration period, and product price. Products are categorized into three groups: very important, important, and unimportant. The classification results of the FSN-Fuzzy method show that 79 product categories fall into the very important group, 20 into the important group, and 17 into the unimportant group. The FSN-Fuzzy method achieved accuracy, precision, and recall of 85.63%, 74.43%, and 79.42%, respectively. The implementation of safety stock and reorder point (ROP) ensures product availability while avoiding overstock and stockout. Keywords: FSN, FSN-Fuzzy, Turn Over Ratio, Safety Stock, ROP.
