ALOKASI WAKTU KERJA WANITA TANI DALAM PEMANFAATAN LAHAN PEKARANGAN DI DESA SEMBADAK KECAMATAN PEMULUTAN KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
The. Sembadak Village has a group of peasant women who implement the P2L (Sustainable Food Farm) program by utilizing yard land. This research aims to (1) Find out how peasant women use yard land in Sembadak, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. (2) Calculate the amount of work time allocated for peasant women in Sembadak Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. (3) Calculate the amount of additional income of peasant women from using the yard and savings on vegetable consumption from using the yard in Sembadak Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that peasant women in Sembadak Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency utilize their yards by planting various types of vegetables such as chilies, oyong, spinach, long beans and eggplant. Vegetable planting is carried out in polybag planting media and directly in the yard. While peasant women grow more than one commodity for personal consumption, only one of the few vegetables is focused on selling on a small scale. The allocation of working time for peasant farmers in Sembadak Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency is 4.12 hours or 17 percent. The amount of additional income from optimizing the yards of peasant women in Sembadak Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency is an average of IDR 172,217 per planting period. The average savings in vegetable consumption for women farming families from optimizing yard space in Sembadak Village, Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency is 15.9 kilograms per planting period.
