Farmers' interest in sugarcane farming and partnering with the Cinta Manis Sugar Factory is low when compared to the amount of production capacity owned by the Cinta Manis Sugar Factory. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the factors that influence farmers' interest in sugarcane farming and partnering with the Cinta Manis Sugar Factory. The objectives of this study are: (1) To know and describe the partnership pattern between smallholder sugarcane farmers and Cinta Manis Sugar Factory PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara. (2) Knowing the factors that influence farmers' interest in sugarcane farming and partnering with the Cinta Manis Sugar Factory PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara. This research was conducted at the Cinta Manis Sugar Factory of PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. Determination of location is done intentionally (purposive). The research method used is the Survey method. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling method with a total of 40 respondents who were sugarcane farmers who partnered with the Cinta Manis Sugar Factory. This study uses secondary and primary data. Data processing methods using descriptive approaches and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the partnership pattern between the Cinta Manis Sugar Factory and sugarcane farmers was a sub-contract pattern based on the Production Sharing System. Factors that influence farmers' interest in sugarcane farming and partnering with the Cinta Manis Sugar Factory are internal factors which include age, experience, number of dependents, land area and income and external factors that affect only one, namely the role of financial institutions. Internal factors have a greater influence on farmers' interest in sugarcane farming and partnering with the Cinta Manis Sugar Factory PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara.
