The purpose of this research is to 1) to analyze the production factors that effecting organic rice farming in OKU Timur Regency, 2) to analyze the economic efficiency of the use of production factors in organic rice farming in OKU Timur Regency, 3) Calculate the return of scale of production in organic rice farming in OKU Timur Regency.This research was conducted in OKU Timur Regency in of November 2023. The research method used is the survey method which done 30 organic rice farmers. From the research results, the use of production factors in the form of seeds, manure, liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and labor have a significant effect on organic rice production, while vegetable pesticides have a significantly negative effect on organic rice. The factors of land area, fruit nutrition, and local microorganisms (MOL) do not have a significant effect on organic rice production. The use of production factors in the form of land, seeds, manure, liquid organic fertilizer (POC), fruit nutrition, local microorganisms (MOL), vegetable pesticides is not yet efficient so their use needs to be increased, while the labor factor is inefficient so their use needs to be reduced. Organic rice production in OKU Timur Regency is in a state of constant returns to scale.
