The purpose of this research were to 1) Analyze Best Management Practices (BMP) on community rubber plantations in Kasmaran Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, 2) Analyze factors that influence rubber quality in Kasmaran Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, 3) Analyze the relationship between Best Management Practices (BMP) and rubber quality in Kasmaran Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The method used in this research was a survey method or direct interview using a questionnaire, the sampling technique uses a simple random method. The data processing methods used were descriptive analyze, multiple regression analysis, and T test. The result obtained from this study were, namely 1) the implementation of Best Management Practices (BMP) in Kasmaran village was categorized as high because farmers have implemented the recommended operational standards. 2) factors that have a significant influence on rubber quality are the fertilizer variable (kg/ha) (X1), the herbicide variable (ltr/ha) (X2), the number of tapping days (X3), the depth of tapping (mm) ( X4), coagulant (X5), storage (X6), warehouse (X7). 3) the relationship between best management practices (BMP) is positive for all variables, which indicates that all variables are related and can influence the rubber quality.
