Taksi Alsintan is one of the programs of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia for agricultural business, especially farmers. This program is expected to help increase agricultural productivity and efficiency through increasing crop yields and saving harvest costs. The objectives of this research are (1) to identify the problems faced by farmers in using taksi alsintan in Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, (2) to describe the management of the taksi alsintan business unit at the farmer corporation in Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, (3) to analyze the feasibility of the taksi alsintan business in Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, and (4) to estimate the social benefits of the taksi alsintan business for the farmers served.this research was conducted in Telang Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. Data were collected from October to November 2023. The method used in this research is a case study method. The sampling method used in this research is disproportionate stratified random sampling. The data collected in this research consisted of primary data and secondary data. The result showed that the problems experienced by farmers who taksi alsintan services for TR-4 units for 26 members are that 15% of them told the unit is not available, 54% of them told the unit is not on time, and 31% of them told that costs are high. The problems experienced by farmers who used taksi alsintan services for combined harvester units for 17 members were 24% of them told the unit is not available, 47% of them told the unit is not on time, and 29% of them told that costs being high. The management of the taksi alsintan business unit is included in the operational unit lead by an operational director. This business unit has a special operator in its activities. The rental process is carried out in accordance with the agreement between the farmers and PT. TAM. Taksi alsintan by PT. TAM with a land area of 1500 hectares is feasible based on the financial feasibility criteria used, which consist of Net Present Value of Rp125.665.056.832, Internal Rate Return of 66%, Gross B/C 2.02, Net B/C 1.82, Payback Period 2 years, the resul of sensitivity analysis is the maximum limit of changes in the rental and operational price reaching 40%. Based on the analysis of social benefits, taksi alsintan business unit has been proven to provide significant benefits for farmers who join through the price differences offered. The T test results show that the significance value of TR-4 is 0.000
