This study aims to examine the effect of government internal control system, information technology utilization and employee competence on employee performance. The population of this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) / State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Palembang State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). By using purposive sampling method and the number of samples of this study were 34 respondents. Independent variables are government internal control system, information technology utilization and employee competence. Meanwhile, the dependent variable used is employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of data in the form of primary and secondary data. This research test uses the t test (partial) and the F test (simultaneous) with the SmartPLS Version 4 analysis tool. The results showed that the government internal control system, information technology utilization and employee competence had a significant and positive effect on employee performance.
