Tobacco is one of the most important trade commodities in the world including in Indonesia, tobacco and its products contribute to foreign exchange, government revenue and taxes, where the output and number of companies in this industry fluctuate every year. This study aims to analyze the effect of Industry Concentration on the Profits of the Cigarette and Other Tobacco Industry in Indonesia (ISIC 1201) during the period 1995-2023 using simple regression analysis techniques. The data used in this study are descriptive quantitative, sourced from secondary data provided by the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Industry. The findings show that Industry Concentration has a significant influence on the profitability of the cigarette and other tobacco industries in Indonesia and has a positive relationship seen through the concentration ratio and Price-Cost Margin in the Cigarette and Other Tobacco Industry in Indonesia.
