This study aims to analyze the effect of local revenue, special allocation funds, and education level on poverty in Kalimantan Island 2017-2023. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of time series data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) for 7 years. The analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression using the Random Effect Model (REM) along with the results of individual analysis of each province in Kalimantan Island. The results of the study show that the variable local revenue (PAD) has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Kalimantan Island, special allocation funds (DAK) have a negative but not significant effect on poverty in Kalimantan Island, while education level has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Kalimantan Island. Taken together, the variables local revenue, special allocation funds and education level have a significant effect on poverty in Kalimantan Island in 2017-2023.
