ANALISIS BIAYA PENGADAAN MATERIAL PADA PEKERJAAN STRUKTUR PROYEK GEDUNG PENGADILAN TINGGI TATA USAHA NEGARA PALEMBANG
Material procurement in construction projects in Palembang requires efficient management to optimize costs and ensure the smooth running of the project. The application of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) with lot sizing techniques such as Lot For Lot (LFL) and Period Order Quantity (POQ) helps manage inventory, reduce storage costs, and handle changes in material demand. This research was conducted at the State Administrative High Court Building Construction project in Palembang. The data used includes primary data such as AHSP, time schedule, RAB, material and wage prices, and BOQ, and secondary data in the form of literature on material management and MRP methods. Data processing includes calculation of procurement costs, analysis of material requirements, and calculation of optimal costs with LFL and POQ techniques. Compared to POQ, the LFL technique results in lower storage costs because the materials ordered are adjusted to daily needs, so storage costs are zero. Although LFL has higher ordering costs, combining it with storage costs still results in lower total material procurement costs. Based on the analysis of material procurement costs using the MRP method and two lot sizing techniques (LFL and POQ) on the Palembang Administrative High Court Building project, LFL results in lower costs, namely Rp 2,048,305,562, due to ordering according to needs and reducing storage costs. POQ, with a cost of Rp 2,083,950,799 increases the cost of storing and tying up capital, although it reduces the frequency of ordering.
