Lebak swampland is a land area that is inundated for most of the year. Lebak swamp land has great potential as agricultural land. However, lebak swampland must go through proper management to be put to good use. The management and development of lebak swamp land can be determined using spatial data, as an effort to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate its development activities, as well as efforts to increase the benefits of land resources contained in swamp areas. The purpose of this study was to determine the typology of swampland based on spatial data in Gelebak Dalam Village, Banyuasin Regency. This research was carried out from December 2023 to February in Gelebak Dalam Village, Banyuasin Regency with coordinates 104.87° – 104.83° E and -3.08° – -3.09° S. . This research was conducted using literature studies and direct observation. The parameters observed are water level fluctuations, rainfall, and spatial data of lebak swampland (location map data, DEM map data, topographic map data and typology map data). The results of this study show that swampland typology based on spatial data in Gelebak Dalam Village, Banyuasin Regency affects water level fluctuations and rainfall. The pattern of water level fluctuations in each typology of lebak swampland is relatively the same, with the average height of the water table of shallow lebak swampland, middle, and deep, which is the highest 51,4 cm; 59,8 cm; and 107 cm and the lowest 8,7 cm; 10 cm; and 48,9 cm. The results of the classification of lebak swamp land in Gelebak Dalam Village, Banyuasin Regency, show that the deep lebak swamp land in this area has been inundated for quite a long time . The long inundation of deep lebak swamp land has an impact on rice yields carried out by farmers in the area. The solution that can be applied is to carry out floating rice seedlings when the land experiences a flood period. Keywords: rainfall, water level fluctuations, swamp, spatial, typology
