Movement restrictions and health protocols implemented affect changes in rice farmers behavior and income strategies. The objectives of this study are 1) analyzing the behavioral and income strategies of rice farmers during and after the Covid-19 pandemic in Sukadamai Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, 2) analyzing the income of rice farmers during and after the Covid-19 pandemic in Sukadamai Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was carried out from September to December 2023 in Sukadamai Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. The sampling method was selected using a simple random method. The number of samples of rice farmers taken was 30 sample farmers. The data collected is primary and secondary data and then processed using excel and SPSS. For differences in income before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic, a t-test of two samples in pairs was carried out and to analyze the behavior strategy of sample farmers using the Likert scale method. The results of the study during the Covid-19 pandemic have a total score of 25.93 with moderate criteria. Active strategies scored the highest with an average score of 8.97. Passive strategy and network strategy with an average score of 6.93 and 8.40 respectively have medium criteria, while after the pandemic of 19.92 with low criteria. Active strategies scored the most with an average score of 10.52. Passive strategy and network strategy with an average score of 4.00 and 5.40 respectively are low criteria. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the average income of sample farmers was Rp15,415,517. Meanwhile, after the pandemic it was Rp21,755,117. It showed an increase in income of 29.14%, which means that the income of sample farmers during the Covid-19 pandemic was lower than after the Covid-19 pandemic.
