Farm workers and agro-industrial workers were an integral part of the agricultural sector that supports food security. Labor welfare affects overall agricultural productivity and is related to wages and household expenditure. The purposes of this search were (1) analyzing the comparison of wages received by agricultural and agro-industry workers in Pulokerto Village. (2) Comparing the household expenditure of farm workers and agro-industrial workers in Pulokerto Village, Gandus District. (3) analyzing the level of welfare of farm workers and agro-industrial workers in terms of household income and compare it with Decent Living Needs (KHL). The method used in this research was a survey method or direct interview, the data processing method used was the Independent Sample Ttest. The results of this research were (1) There was a difference in the household income of farm workers and agro-industry based on the results of the independent sample T-test, which can be seen from the fact that the average agro-industry income is higher, namely Rp52,692,666,667/year. (2) There was a difference in the household expenditure of agricultural workers and agro-industrial workers, seen from the average household expenditure of agricultural and agro-industrial workers, agro-industrial workers were higher at IDR 26,600,800/year while agricultural workers were Rp20.954.760/year. (3) The level of welfare for agricultural and agroindustry workers was different, where agro-industrial workers were more prosperous, where the highest level was for needy families at 66.67%, while family welfare for agricultural workers was 6.67% due to income that was still less than the standard components of a decent living.
