ANALISIS EFISIENSI PEMASARAN BERAS ORGANIK DI DESA SUMBER SUKO KECAMATAN BELITANG KABUPATEN OKU TIMUR
Marketing organic rice, especially in Sumber Suko Village, Belitang District, there is an issue, namely the choice of people to consume regular rice or organic rice, where there is a fairly high price difference from regular rice to organic rice, but in terms of quality, organic rice is very good for health. As with the terms that are often used, there is quality and price. This research aims to: 1) Describe the form of marketing channels for organic rice in Sumber Suko Village, Belitang District; 2) Calculate the marketing margin for organic rice obtained from Sumber Suko Village, Belitang District; 3) Analyze the level of efficiency of organic rice marketing channels in Sumber Suko Village, Belitang District. Data collection at the research location was carried out in Sumber Suko Village, Belitang District, East OKU Regency in November 2023. The research method used was the survey method. The data collection method in this research is a census method, namely by taking 8 farmers who cultivate organic rice from 8 organic rice farmers, while sampling from marketing institutions is carried out by following the flow of the trading chain (snowball sampling) based on information obtained from respondents previously. The conclusion obtained from this research is that there are two marketing channels for organic rice in Sumber Suko Village, Belitang District, namely Marketing Channel I which includes farmers and consumers of organic rice. Meanwhile, marketing channel II includes farmers, GAPOKTAN and organic rice consumers. The marketing margin for organic rice in Sumber Suko Village in each marketing channel, namely marketing channel I, does not have a marketing institution. Meanwhile marketing channel II has a margin value of IDR 11,000/Kg. The efficiency of marketing channels for all marketing institutions in each marketing channel in Sumber Suko Village includes efficient criteria, but the most efficient is marketing channel I at 0.00% without any intermediaries or marketing institutions. Then for marketing channel II it was 12.83%.
