ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN UMKM PRODUK OLAHAN KENCUR BOBA DI KELURAHAN KEBUN BUNGA KECAMATAN SUKARAMI
The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the general description of the business of diversifying processed jamu kencur boba products in UMKM Kebun Bunga Village, Sukarami Subdistrict (2) to analyze the added value received from the process of diversifying jamu kencur boba products in UMKM Kebun Bunga Village, Sukarami Subdistrict and (3) to analyze the development strategy of UMKM processed jamu kencur boba products in Kebun Bunga Village, Sukarami Subdistrict. Data collection was carried out in November 2023. The method used is a case study and the method used in sampling is purposive sampling method. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data.The results of this study show that the stages of processing kencur into jamu kencur boba include, peeling kencur rhizomes, washing kencur rhizomes, cutting kencur rhizomes, smoothing kencur rhizomes, filtering kencur juice, cooking kencur juice, boiling pandan boba, packaging jamu kencur boba. The value-added ratio obtained in processing kencur into boba kencur herbal medicine is 60.05 percent so that based on the criteria for determining the level of added value ratio, this kencur processing produces high added value of more than 40 percent. The development strategy that should be carried out at MSEs in Kebun Bunga Village processing jamu kencur boba products is located in quadrant I (S-O / Aggressive Strategy), which is to use strengths to take advantage of existing opportunities and focus on existing potential.
