The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of the civil servant pension data administration process using the SI - ASN website at the State Civil Service Agency Regional Office VII Palembang. Based on Luther Gulick's POSDCORB theory, this research describes and analyzes Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Coordinating, Reporting and Budgeting. Focusing on organization and organizing aspects, it can be stated in the organizing aspects as follows; Job Detailing, Division of Work, Unification of Work, Work Coordination, Monitoring and Reorganization. From the research results, it was concluded that the Organization of the Administrative Process for ASN Pension Data Using the Civil Servant Information System (Case Study at the National Civil Service Agency, Regional Office VII Palembang) had not been running optimally, thus preventing the orderly administration of civil servant pension data from occurring or being realized. The aspect of division of labor in the dimension of processing proposals for entering civil servant pension data and considering proposals for civil servant pension data is not yet optimal, thereby hampering the realization of orderly administration of pension data.
