PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN SURAT KETERANGAN ASAL (SKA) TERHADAP KEPUASAN EKSPORTIR DI DINAS PERINDUSTRIAN DAN PERDAGANGAN PROVINSI JAMBI
This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of the quality of Certificate of Origin (CO) services on exporter satisfaction at the Department of Industry and Trade (Disperindag) of Jambi Province. The research method used in this study is quantitative, with data analysis conducted using IBM SPSS 30 software. The data analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, the coefficient of determination, correlation coefficients, and simple linear regression. The population in this study consists of exporters who use the Certificate of Origin services at Disperindag Jambi Province, with a sample size of 79 users. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires directly, using a Likert scale for measurement. The results of the study show that the validity test results for each statement indicate r calculated > r table, the reliability test result for variable X is 0.902 > 0.60, and for variable Y is 0.876 > 0.60. The t-test value is 12.681 > 1.665, the coefficient of determination (R) is 0.672, the correlation coefficient is 0.822, and the simple linear regression test result is 7.609. Therefore, the quality of CO services provided by Disperindag Jambi Province has a significant positive effect on exporter satisfaction.
