Digital transformation in public services is essential in the modern era, including in population administration. This study aims to analyze the performance of Digital Population Identity (IKD) services in promoting the digital transformation of e-KTP at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of OKU Timur Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research examines productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability based on the performance theory of Agus Dwiyanto (2006). The study found that IKD implementation still faces various challenges, including low activation rates among the public, lack of socialization, as well as infrastructure and internet accessibility issues. Nevertheless, IKD services are considered to provide administrative convenience for those who have utilized them. Therefore, more effective strategies are needed in socialization, increasing digital literacy, and strengthening technological infrastructure to improve the effectiveness of IKD services in OKU Timur Regency.
