Three out of ten toddlers in Indonesia have a height below the age standard or are stunted due to malnutrition, especially during the First 1000 Days of Life. (HPK). This study examines the relationship between a history of measles and household sanitation conditions with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in 13 sub-districts in Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. The type of research used is an analytical observational study with a case-control study on stunting cases in toddlers in Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. The research was conducted in 2024 in 13 sub-districts identified as stunting loci in Ogan Ilir Regency. Sample calculation used the two-proportion hypothesis test with a total of 129 respondents at a 1:2 ratio. (43 kasus dan 86 kontrol). This study examines variables including measles history, latrine conditions, waste disposal facilities, and SPAL facilities. The data analysis in this study uses univariate analysis methods to see the frequency distribution of variables and bivariate analysis (using chi-square). The results of the bivariate analysis conclude that there is no significant relationship in the variables of latrine conditions and waste disposal facilities, while there is a relationship in the variable of measles history with a p-value of 0.031 and OR of 2.72 (95% CI=1.16-6.36), indicating a significant relationship, and household sanitation conditions, namely SPAL facilities, with a p-value of 0.002 and OR of 0.23 (95% CI=0.08-0.062), which is related to the incidence of stunting in Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024. The conclusion from the calculations shows that the variables of measles history and SPAL facilities have a significant risk relationship with stunting cases in Ogan Ilir Regency in 2024.
