EVALUASI KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM DAN PENATAAN RUANG KOTA PALEMBANG (SUB BAGIAN KEUANGAN)
The objective of this research is to identify and analyze the evaluation of employee performance within the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Palembang City, specifically in the Finance Subdivision. This research is motivated by the need to provide efficient public services, where employee performance serves as a key indicator of success. Therefore, performance evaluation is necessary to identify the strengths and weaknesses of employees, enabling improvements to enhance the quality of their work. This study examines four aspects: Work Quality, Timeliness, Effectiveness, and Flexibility, using a qualitative method. Based on the analysis of the data, the study provides recommendations such as improving discipline, optimizing time management, and fostering communication development. These measures are expected to enhance employee performance and support the effective implementation of tasks and work programs.
