EVALUASI PENGARUH GEOMETRI PELEDAKAN OVERBURDEN TERHADAP FRAGMENTASI DI PT LASKAR SEMESTA ALAM KECAMATAN JUAI, KABUPATEN BALANGAN, KALIMANTAN SELATAN
Blasting geometry greatly affects the quality of fragmentation results and powder factor applied in the field so that blasting geometry must be evaluated to obtain good blasting fragmentation results and powder factor that does not exceed the maximum limit applied by the company. This study aims to analyse the effect of blasting geometry on the fragmentation of blasting results and provide recommendations for blasting geometry. The actual blasting geometry was carried out by direct measurement in the field and obtained an average burden of 5.15 m, spacing of 6.13 m, blast hole depth of 5.05 m, stemming of 3.48 m, fill column length of 1.57 m, subdrilling of 0.5 m, and powder factor of 0.27 kg/BCM. The actual 30 cm oversize blasting result fragmentation is 49.97%. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that the parameter that most affects the fragmentation of blasting results is the burden with a correlation coefficient of 0.91 and a determination of 0.83. Blasting geometry design recommendations obtained burden 5.24 m, spacing 6.29 m, stemming 3.67 m, blast hole depth 5 m, subdrilling 0.5 m, length of fill column 1.33 m, powder factor 0.22 kg/BCM, and prediction of fragmentation of 30 cm oversize blasting results obtained 50.73%.
