This Final report is regarding to the conceptual foundation, about Planning and Design Agro Techno Park in Penanggiran Muara Enim. The problems are (1). Plan and design the Service area in accordance with the functions and scope of activities of the offender, (2). Planning and designing buildings in the area of Service by tailoring the site conditions and the environment, (3). Planning and designing buildings that are able to apply the function and scope of activities in the area of Service. This Planning and design is carried out with the stage of design in architectural design method, consists of four stages, they are (1) Programming (Pemograman), (2) Analysis (Analisis), (3) Concept (Konsep) and (4) Synthesis (sintesis). The Results of the Planning and Design Agro Techno Park in Penanggiran Muara Enim are: the design of site Penanggiran Agro Techno Park, the Building Management and Administration, the Building Research and Training Building cottages architectural, structural and utility with the theme of green architecture. The application of the concept in the planning and design is modem unite to the nature, while adjusting to the environmental conditions of the site and the fiinction of the building is plann
