PERAN GURU PPKn SEBAGAI FASILITATOR PENCEGAHAN BULLYING DI SMA 1 INDRALAYA
This study aims to determine the role of PPKn teachers as facilitators in preventing Bullying at SMA 1 Indralaya. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques use interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Validity tests use credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, and confirmability tests. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of PPKn teachers as facilitators of Bullying prevention at SMA 1 Indralaya is to facilitate and motivate students to create good moral character, as a facilitator, teachers become a place to confide and tell stories to students, teachers listen and give advice to students, teachers also facilitate aspects of students’ personal development such as attitudes, values, and adjustments.
