STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI LIVE STREAMER TIKTOK PADA AGENSI TIGER WONG DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN DI ERA DIGITALISASI
The issue faced by TikTok live streamers is that not all of them succeed in conducting live streaming effectively. Based on this problem, this research examines the communication strategies employed by Tiger Wong Agency. The objective of the study is to identify how communication strategies implemented by live streamers at Tiger Wong Agency impact revenue growth. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentations. Tiger Wong Agency, established on December 12, 2023, focuses on developing the potential of content creators, celebrities, and influencers in the digital and social media landscape.This study applies the AIDA theory (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) to analyze the agency's communication strategies in enhancing engagement and revenue for TikTok live streamers. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of visually appealing strategies, interactions that evoke curiosity, and emotional approaches that strengthen the audience's desire to interact and provide support. Additionally, collaborations with public figures such as Baim Wong expand audience reach and enhance their experiences.In conclusion, a combination of engaging visual elements, relevant content, and emotional interactions, supported by professional assistance from talent coordinators, has proven effective in maintaining and increasing audience loyalty and interaction during TikTok live streaming sessions.
