The limited public awareness of the importance of the National Health Insurance (JKN) program for the community is the underlying background of this study, causing most people to not yet be registered for JKN membership.This study aims to analyse the factors related to JKN ownership in the Lubuklinggau branch office area. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 400 respondents. The research found that 135 respondents (73.4%) in Musi Rawas, 72 respondents (48.0%) in Empat Lawang, and 29 respondents (43.9%) in Pagar Alam were enrolled in the JKN program. There is a significant relationship between gender, education, knowledge, occupation, number of family members, income, attitude, family support, between health-seeking behaviour, and catastrophic illness history (p-value
