PENGARUH NILAI-NILAI DASAR DAN MOTIVASI APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) TERHADAP KEMAUAN ASN UNTUK MENGIMPLEMENTASIKAN APLIKASI INTEGRATED DISCIPLINE (I’DIS) DI WILAYAH KERJA KANTOR REGIONAL VII BKN PALEMBANG.
Researchers and Practitioners have stated that Organizational Factors and Individual Factors are key factors in shaping the Willingness of Employees, in this case the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to implement policies. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and how much influence of Core Values of ASN BerAKHLAK and ASN Motivation (Public Service Motivation) have on ASN's willingness to implement the policy of using the Integrated Discipline (I'DIS) application in managing ASN Discipline both simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study was 67 ASNs who worked in the Discipline Management Sub Division at 49 Personnel Working Units at Government Institutions in the work area of Regional Office VII of the Palembang National Civil Service Agency. This Research uses a quantitative (explanative) approach using questionnaire as a data collection. Data were analyzed by conducting Multiple Regression tests and Hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 29.0. The results of the test show that the Core Values of ASN BerAKHLAK and ASN Motivation jointly influence ASN's willingness to implement the policy of using the I'DIS application in managing ASN Discipline. However, partially, only ASN Motivation has an influence on ASN's willingness to implement the policy of using the I'DIS application in managing ASN Discipline.
