PENGARUH TENAGA KERJA DAN LUAS LAHAN TERHADAP PRODUKSI KOPI DI INDONESIA
This study aims to analyze the impact of labor and land area on coffee production in Indonesia. The data used is panel data collected over 11 years (2010-2020) from five of Indonesia's largest coffee-producing provinces: South Sumatra, Lampung, Aceh, North Sumatra, and East Java. The analysis employs panel regression methods using the Common Effect model. The results reveal that land area has a positive and significant effect on coffee production, with a regression coefficient of 0.5008. This indicates that an increase of one unit in land area would lead to a 0.5008-unit increase in coffee production. Conversely, labor has a negative and significant effect on coffee production, with a regression coefficient of -0.0048, suggesting that an additional unit of labor decreases production by 0.0048 units.
