APLIKASI METODE MULTI ATTRIBUTIVE BORDER APPROXIMATION AREA COMPARISON (MABAC) DAN A NEW ADDITIVE RATIO ASSESSMENT (ARAS) DALAM MASALAH PENGALOKASIAN OPTIMAL UNIT EMERGENCY DI PALEMBANG
Emergency services have so far still encountered emergency cases that are not handled quickly and appropriately both at the scene of the victim's place and at the hospital. To handle victims quickly, the most optimal hospital location is needed to carry patients during rescue. This study aims to obtain the optimal location of hospitals that have Emergency Department (ER) or Emergency Installation (IGD) facilities using the Multi Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) method and the A New Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. The calculation method was completed with Microsoft Excel 2019 software and then compared the results of the MABAC method with the ARAS method. The results of the MABAC and ARAS methods found that the three most optimal hospital sequences to visit are RK Charitas Hospital, Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital and Bunda Hospital. Keywords: Emergency Department, Emergency Installation, Optimal Location, Multi Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison, New Additive Ratio Assessment.
