The development of horticultural farming can be encouraged in the agribusiness approach by optimizing agricultural resources in an ecosystem with inter-sectoral linkages. South Sumatra, especially in Palembang City there is a large potential of land for the yard, this can be used as a source of supply in the horticultural business. Based on this potential, the Ministry of Agriculture is committed to the provision of food, one way to do this is to diversify local food through the use of yard land and in coastal areas through the sustainable food yard program. The activities of the Sustainable Food Yard program also focus on market efforts to increase group income. The purpose of this study was to analyze the income level of farm women groups in the Sustainable Food Yard program in Jakabaring District, Palembang City and to develop a strategy for developing horticultural business innovation using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach in the sustainable food yard program in 15 Ulu village, Palembang City. This research was conducted in September 2024 until the data was collected. The results of this study are 1) The total income of the jasmine farmer women group was Rp766.294/demplot/year. While the orchid farmer women group earned an income of Rp1.381.294 /demplot/year. 2) Horticultural business development strategies in the Sustainable Food Yard Program are selected based on SWOT analysis, namely the S-O strategy. and 3) Based on the results of the current Business Model Canvas (BMC) mapping and SWOT analysis, the condition of the horticultural business in the Sustainable Food Yard Program requires improvement in all key elements of BMC to develop its business.
