Economic transformation from the agricultural sector to the industrial sector is an important part of the economic development process. In Indonesia, the development of the industrial sector has opened up new employment opportunities for the community. The industrial estate around Gasing Village has created a labour market that offers employment alternatives for local residents. Many farmers do not know how much labour they allocate to agriculture and non-agriculture around the industrial estate, which will affect the total household income of farmers in Gasing Village. The objectives of this study are: (1) Analyse farmers' labour allocation in agricultural and non-agricultural activities around the Gasing industrial area. (2) Analyse the income level of farmer households around the Gasing industrial area. (3) Analyse the effect of farmer labour allocation on farmer household income around the Gasing industrial area. Data collection was conducted in November 2024. The method used is a survey method with purposive sampling technique with a sample of 30 farmers who have rice farming businesses and side jobs around the Gasing industrial area. The data obtained consisted of primary and secondary data. The results showed that (1) the total labour allocation of Gasing Village farmers from agricultural and non-agricultural activities was 287,70 HOK per year. (2) The total household income of farmers around the Gasing industrial area is Rp 81.654.467 per year. (3) Labour allocation has a significant influence on the income level of farmer households around the Gasing industrial area.
